HFP’s Affordable Care Act Platform is the Company’s largest distribution platform.  It encompasses an in-house licensed insurance agency (MFP Agency, LLC dba Total Health) and places customers into ACA-compliant policies and related products through its salesforce of 325+ highly trained insurance agents.

HFP continues to focus on accelerating growth by steadily increasing its investments in agents, marketing spend and customer acquisition partnerships around the country all while maintaining a robust and meticulous focus on all aspects legal and regulatory compliance.

HFP’s Strategic Initiatives focus on constantly diversifying the Company’s product mix and searching for other insurance and financial products that are highly profitable but require efficient forms of sales distribution, which HFP excels at.

One avenue for acquiring data and partnerships has been strategically purchasing minority stakes in emerging insurance agencies operating in ACA, U65, Medicare or other related insurance fields. Through this program, HFP owns many portfolio companies while maintaining a steadfast commitment to regulatory compliance and operational efficiency.

Our deep understanding of unit economics and key performance indicators across the portfolio allows HFP to proactively identify risk factors and collaborate with portfolio company operators to make informed decisions, mitigating these risks.
